a little about me

I'm a senior product designer and emerging UX strategist focused on making healthcare experiences more intuitive, connected and accessible.

My favorite work lives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and collaboration. I thrive in taking something complex, whether it's a patient journey, an operatinoal workflow, or AI-powered experience, and shaping it into something intruitive and genuinely helpful for our users.

At Sharp HealthCare, I work across multiple patient-facing products and internal tools, helping improve digital experiences while also continuously evolving and growing how our teams strategize, design and collaborate behind the scenes. I've led UX research, information architecture, end-to-end product design, and design systems work, while also helping modernize our design practice through initiatives like migrating teams to Figma and starting our own design system from scratch, as well as leading design on SharpAI, Sharp's first internal AI tool. I am also heavily involved in advancing accessibility across our products and recently created a cross-functional accessibility advocacy group to address accessibility best practices.

Most recently, I am energized by UX strategy and the future of AI in healthcare, particularly how we can thoughtfully and responsibly integrate AI technology to support patients as well as support our day-to-day work.

When I’m not designing, I’m probably eating my way through San Diego (Yelp Elite!), traveling, doing Pilates, or spending time with my husband, our dog Pepper, and our new baby girl.
